2 Bedroom villa: A splendid detached villa (28 sq. m.) that sleeps six. Situated on the ground floor and separated from the rest of the building, the accommodation comprises a living-room with a self-contained kitchen unit and a sofa that becomes two beds, two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. There is also a large veranda with a table and chairs.
1 bedroom apartment: Set in the garden this block of six 23 sq. m. apartments include a living area with a double sofa-bed and a self-contained kitchen unit, a double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. There is also a large veranda with a table and chairs.
Studio apartments 3/4: A single room of 22 sq. m. that sleeps four. Situated on the ground and first floors facing the pool or garden. Accommodation includes a self-contained kitchen unit, a double bed, a double sofa-bed (2m high screens with a folding door divide the living and sleeping areas) and a large bathroom with shower. There is also a large veranda with a table and chairs.
Studio apartment 2: A single room of 22 sq. m. that sleeps two. Situated on the ground and first floors facing the pool or garden. Accommodation includes a self-contained kitchen unit, TV, double bed and a large bathroom with shower. There is also a large veranda with a table and chairs.
SERVICES, SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES
To satisfy every requirement we offer various types of accommodation from standard to the more elegant, all equipped with a self-contained kitchen unit, TV, air-conditioning, safe, bathroom with shower and a large veranda furnished with table and chairs. Set in the garden are barbecue areas and laundrette.
Our reception staff will be happy to provide with detailed information regarding restaurants and the wonderful scenery that nature has to offer in south-east Sardinia.
A free left-luggage service is available, as well as airport transfers, mountain bike and rubber inflatable boat hire, and excursions in sail and motor boats with lunch included.
700m away is the splendid beach of Simius where our guests can enjoy a private beach with sun-loungers, umbrellas and beach towels.

Mandatory weekly cleaning fee apartment : Studio 55 euro, 60 euro roomed apartment, 65 euros trilocale, including a change of bed linen and towels in the middle of the week, final cleaning (excluding kitchen "by the customer "), generic water and power consumption. For stays of two or more weeks will be cleaned only half of each week's stay.
Weekly membership card : 40 euros per person occupying a bed (from 3 years). Which includes the use of two swimming pools, the use of barbecue, use of private beach with loungers and umbrellas and beach towels are open from 23/05 up to 26/09, playground for children, and the use of pool and services offered by the other group structure the Palm Village, located only a short distance.

Beginning and end of stay: from Sunday to 17.00 to 10.00 the following Sunday. On request you can start your stay any day of the week. Pets: Only small and not in the common rooms. The receipt must still be informed in advance
Hours of Reception from 09:00 to 20:00. Guests arriving after that time must first contact the reception for instructions for the withdrawal of the keys, otherwise it will not be guaranteed delivery of the apartment.
CANCELLATION GENERAL CONDITIONS
In case of advance cancellation, the booking is subject to the following penalties:
Till 30 days before, no penalty is applied
from 30 to 15 days before 30% of the total amount of the stay;
from 15 to 1 day before 50% of the total amount of the stay;
In case of no show the penalty is 100%.
