Capo Testa is a splendid rocky headland which forms Sardinia far north. It is rich of small bays with clear water. A narrow land stripe links Capo Testa to Santa Teresa Gallura.
The area is rich of granite quarries, in use since the Roman Empire.
Colonna Grand Hotel Capo Testa, stands on Capo Testa, and directly by the sea, overlooking “Rena di Ponente” beach (also called “Baia La Colba”).
The hotel has a full view on “Baia La Colba” and on “Baia Santa Reparata”. While towards west can be admired the coast starting from Capo Testa and Vignola till Castelsardo. Turning to the north can be seen the town of Bonifacio on Corsica island (France).

All rooms are furnished with solid wood and typical Sardinian fabrics.
SERVICES – SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES
The two restaurants are located in front of the sea, the first one "Colonna Restaurant ", is in the building and the second one "Pagoda Restaurant " with a wonderful view to the bay.
The hotel provides sheds, deck chairs and sun beds at the hotel private beach, sea sport activities available (payable locally), a swimming pool surrounded by a garden with Jacuzzi, sheds and deck chairs.
Total surface, pool and surrounding platform, is about 1190 sq. yard, TV lounge, fitness centre, scheduled free shuttle-bus from the hotel to Santa Teresa Gallura.
There are two Bars, the lobby bar, "La Terrazza Bar " with an open-air veranda facing the bay and the pool bar "Beach Bar ", by the open-air swimming pool, every evening live music.
The hotel has a private open-air parking area.
