Double Room (2/3 beds):  Luxuriously furnished in the typical Sardinian style, with 2/3/4 beds and/or double bed, all equipped with a sheltered veranda, private bathroom with hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning and heating, colour TV, mini bar and safety case.
Single Room:  Like the double room.
Options: Sea view room.

The Marina Beach Resort dispose of: Games room, TV lounge, Bar and ice cream parlour, disco piano bar, equipped beach with umbrella, deckchairs and pedalo, windsurf, kayaking, equipped gym, playground, miniclub, babysitting, laundry, seatours or bustours, bike rental, car rental, booking service, flight, ferry, train, fax, newspaper and souvenirs selling.

Multi-purpose room with 600 seats capacity, meeting rooms with variable capacity, fully equipped. Very spacious hall, exhibition gallery, party room, vast dining room with air conditioning.
Restaurant: Breakfast, lunch, dinner all buffet service (menu with a large variety choice), alternated by special menu dinners, served at the table (Sardinian and national cuisine ).
Sport: Large swimming pool for adults and children, equipped with umbrellas and deckchairsi, tennis, basket, lawn bowls, soccer field, volleyball, water polo, ping-pong, windsurf, sailing, beachvolley, rowing, waterskiing and horseriding.

Entertainment: Sporty and ammusment, with organization of tournaments, parties, performances and folk evenings, outdoor entertainment till midnight (after midnight, every 2nd day, a disco piano bar with entry fee is available).

from 14 to 09 day before 30% of the total amount of the stay;
from 08 to 04 day before 75% of the total amount of the stay;
from 03 to no show the penalty is 100%.
