Hotel Il Villaggio: All of the bungalows at the Hotel Il Villaggio have air conditioning, telephone, TV, a minibar and a safe.
Superior Bungalow: A room with two single beds or one double bed and bathroom with a shower. Bungalows joined via a patio are available on request.
Family Bungalow: This bungalow has two separate areas with a double bed, air conditioning and heating, direct telephone and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The lounge that shares this bungalow has a sofa which can be converted into two beds. A cot can be added on request. We recommend the family bungalows of the hotel for families of two adults and two children under 12. A fifth (child’s) bed can be added but will reduce space.
Family Bungalow Plus: This bungalow has two shared double rooms, each with its own bathroom, and patio. All modern conveniences are included. One room is slightly smaller and has two beds in an “L-shape”. We recommend this bungalow to families of 2 adults and 2 children who require two separate areas with all modern conveniences and two entrances. It is not possible to add an extra bed or cot.

Hotel Le Palme:
The 140 bungalows of Hotel Le Palme are divided into the following categories: Superior, Superior Roof, Family and Family Plus. The bungalows have bathrooms with a shower (some Superior and all Family Bungalows have a bath) as well as air conditioning, telephone, TV, minibar and safe.
Superior Bungalow: These ground-floor bungalows have a room with a double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with a shower (some with baths) and a patio.
Superior Room: A first-floor room with two single beds, a bathroom with a bath and shower and a balcony. This room can be shared with two Superior Bungalows on the ground floor (double or single) making three communicating rooms. It is not possible to include an extra bed or cot.
Family Bungalow: These bungalows are made up of two separate areas with a double bedroom, air conditioning, telephone, bathroom with a bath and shower and a lounge with a sofa that can be converted into two beds. A TV, minibar, safe and patio are also included. We recommend Family Bungalows for families with 2 adults and 2 children under 12. The addition of a cot is not advisable due to lack of space.
Family Bungalow Plus: This bungalow has two communicating double rooms, each with its own bathroom, and patio. All modern conveniences are included. One room is slightly smaller and has two beds in an “L-shape”. We recommend this bungalow to families of 2 adults and 2 children who require two separate areas. These bungalows come with every convenience and two entrances. It is not possible to include an extra bed or cot.

Hotel Pineta:
The Pineta hotel has 68 rooms shared between two buildings, each with two storeys. Rooms are double or triple with a bathroom with a shower (some with a bath), air conditioning, telephone, TV, a minibar and a safe. Some rooms join internally. A cot can be added on request.
Superior Room (ground floor triple room with patio): A room with two single beds or one double bed and bathroom (some with baths). There is also a separate area with a sofa-bed. Some rooms communicate internally with a double room on the ground floor. A cot may be added on request.
Superior Terrace Room (First floor double room with balcony): A room with a double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with a shower (some with baths) and a balcony with a view of an interior garden. Some rooms communicate internally. A cot may be added on request.

Hotel Il Borgo:
Sitting on a slope, the 56 spacious bungalows of the Il Borgo hotel, some with panoramic views, are divided into the following categories: Superior, Superior Terrace Room and Family Bungalow. All bungalows include a lounge, bathroom with a bath and shower, air conditioning, telephone, TV, minibar, safe and patio or balcony.
Superior Bungalow: A room with two single beds or one double bed, bathroom with a bath and shower, sofa-bed and patio. Some rooms join internally. A cot can be added on request.
Superior Terrace Bungalow: A room with two single beds or one double bed, bathroom with a bath and shower, sofa-bed and balcony. Some communicating rooms are available, with access via the balcony. A cot can be added on request.
Family Bungalow: A room with a double bed or two single beds sharing another area with two single beds or a sofa bed. We recommend this bungalow for families of 2 adults and 2 children under 12. The addition of a cot is not advisable due to lack of space.

Hotel il Villaggio

Hotel Le Palme
A relaxing holiday in Sardinia with the family. All the space you need, indoors and outdoors.
Hotel Le Palme has 140 bungalows set in the resort’s pine forest and provides very easy access to the sea and Piazza Maria Luigia. Many of the bungalows boast luxurious gardens with patios and are designed to cater for large families.
Young children can play in these peaceful surrounding without disturbing anybody else while their parents are provided with every modern convenience that the hotel and the entire resort have to offer.

Restaurants
Guests at the Hotel Il Villaggio can take advantage of the breakfast service at the Oasis pools while dinner is served at the Pineta buffet.
It is difficult to limit the creativity of our chefs: The choices are infinite, from starters of fresh fish, prawns and lobster to main courses, cold cuts, traditional cheeses, meats and vegetables freshly picked from Sardinian vegetable gardens.
Finish off with deserts ranging from tiramisu to Sardinian bakery creations: impossible to resist.

The “Bellavista” restaurant is exclusive to Hotel Il Borgo, La Pineta hotel and Hotel Le Palme guests for both breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is just a stone’s throw from the beach.

Till 30 days before, no penalty is applied
from 30 to 15 days before 30% of the total amount of the stay;
from 15 to 1 day before 50% of the total amount of the stay;
In case of no show the penalty is 100%.
